Clinicbook is a universal directory of Canadian health-care providers.
The Canadian health-care system is burdened with a shortage of medical professionals. This crisis has resulted in an increase in wait-times and a decrease in the quality of care. To make matters worse, there is a severe lack of resources for patients to find timely health-care in their neighborhood. We aim to solve this by providing a patient-centric online resouce: Clinicbook.
After completing our directory of health-care facilities and providers we will be adding interactive and real-time features to Clinicbook. Clinics will be able to claim and edit their listings which will allow them to post important information such as services provided, hours of operation, doctors schedules and fees. They will also be able to integrate their software with the Clinicbook website to post the current doctor-on-duty at their clinic and have their listing automatically display the current wait-time.
